The inaugural ICC Under-19 Women’s T20 World Cup is set to be hosted by South Africa. The 20-over showpiece event will take place from January 14 to 29, featuring 16 teams. All 16 sides are divided into four groups, and the top three teams from each group will progress to the Super Six round. In this round, the teams will be further divided into two groups of six.

Thereafter, the top two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals, which will be played on January 27 at JB Marks Oval in Potchefstroom. Likewise, the summit clash will be played at the same venue on January 29.
