The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has revealed the Women’s squad for the upcoming three-match ODI series against Ireland, scheduled as part of the ICC FTP programme. The series is set to begin on November 27 and will be hosted at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur.
Following the ODI leg, the action will move to Sylhet for a three-match T20I series, scheduled to take place on December 5, 7, and 9.
Jahanara Alam and Sharmin Akhter Supta return
The announced ODI squad introduces new faces while recalling some experienced campaigners. Rising stars Taj Nehar and Shanjida Akhter Maghla have been rewarded for their domestic performances with their maiden ODI call-ups. Their inclusion underscores the BCB’s focus on injecting fresh talent into the national team.
