Indian women’s cricket team captain Harmanpreet Kaur has revealed the name of a Bollywood actress who the cricketer wants to act in her biopic. Notably, the combination of Bollywood actors/actresses and cricketers is quite warm, and a few celebs have worked in the biopic of some of the most popular players in the past.

Late actor Sushant Singh Rajpoot played the role of former India men’s skipper MS Dhoni in the latter’s biopic – ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’. Similarly, actress Taapsee Pannu worked in the biopic of Indian women cricket legend Mithali Raj titled ‘Shabaash Mithu’.

Notably, Harmanpreet, who has been awarded several accolades, is a role model for many young girls who aspire to make a mark in the world of cricket. In an exclusive chat with Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor at her show, ‘What ladies desire,’ on Mirchi Plus, Harmnapreet was asked the red-hot question, and she went with Deepika Padukone in her response.

“Deepika Padukone, because she belongs to a sports family and is knowledgeable about sports. She has an athletic body. I think if given a chance, she can play that role very well,” said Harmanpreet.

Further in the chat, Kareena quizzed Harman regarding one actor she would go on a date with. The Indian star was quick to respond and named famous actor Ranveer Singh as her choice.

“I was very fond of Ranveer Singh. But he is already married. But the thing is, not in that way, but he is very funny, he is very active. He does what he likes to do and doesn’t care about what people say, and people talk. So, I used to really like his personality. If I had a chance then, I would’ve considered, but now he is married, so I haven’t thought about anyone else,” added Harmanpreet.
