England opener Tammy Beaumont scripted history in the one-off Ashes Test against Australia in Nottingham.
During the first innings, Beaumont smashed a tremendous double century and became the first English women cricketer to achieve such a feat.
This was also the eighth double hundred in the history of Women's Tests.
In the one-off Ashes Test 2023 against Australia, Tammy Beaumont smashed 208 off 331 balls in Nottingham.

In the 2017 Ashes, Ellyse Perry smashed an unbeaten 213 featuring 27 fours and a six in Sydney against England.
In the India tour of England in 2002, former India skipper Mithali Raj smashed 214, including 19 boundaries against England.
In 2004, Pakistan opener Kiran Baluch smashed 242 against West Indies during the only Test in Karachi. It still remains as the highest individual score.
