South Africa are set to host India and West Indies for the Women’s T20I Tri-Series, scheduled to begin at Buffalo Park in East London on Thursday, January 19. The hosts will take on the Women in Blue in the opening match. Six matches will take place amongst the three teams before the final, which will be played on February 02.

This series will come in handy for all three teams for their team combination and preparation in the lead-up to the Women’s T20 World Cup. Notably, South Africa and India are currently positioned at third and fourth spots in the T20I Team Rankings, while the Caribbean side is placed in sixth position.
